Our journey begins with the deep roots of Sardinia, celebrating island identity through Vermentino, Vernaccia di Oristano, and nearly extinct archaeological treasures like the ancient Arvesiniadu, Granatza, Semidano, Torbato, and Nuragus. The search continues toward the aristocracy of great Italian autochthonous varieties—from the elegance of Cortese to the longevity of Fiano and Greco—before embracing the international prestige of Burgundy Chardonnay, the precision of German Rieslings, and the vibrant expressions of Australia and New Zealand.
